Why did you start your podcast?‍

I listened to a lot of Sales Podcasts over the years and encouraged my students to do the same. However, the feedback I received from them, was that most of these podcasts featured people who had been in the role for some time (10 years+) and no longer worked in the Sales Development position, meaning it was nice to hear, but not as relevant for them today.

It then hit me, it would be great to have a Podcast, designed for brand new Sales Development Representatives, to hear from other top SDRs/ BDRs journeys from around the globe, who are still in the role with best practices on how to; progress in their careers, insights, tips and techniques - The SDR DiscoCall Podcast was born!

‍What has been the best thing about running your podcast?

The opportunity to meet so many new talented people, who are relatively new to the Sales profession

‍Who is your perfect listener and how do you help them?

Sales Development Reps' who work in the SaaS industry - We share insights, tips and career advice from people who are still in the role themselves

Have you made a profit from your podcast? If not, do you plan too?‍

It has helped us with our brand awareness and new followers, but no Financial gains today, however, we would like the Podcast to be sponsored to help keep it going for years to come

‍What is your favourite thing about podcasting?

‍The ability to connect with minds all over the world, speak passionately and share ideas on the world of Sales Development, and make an impact for the guests future careers
