Why did you start your podcast?
I started my podcast to support parents in their most important work: parenthood.
As a pediatrician, I know that supporting the well-being of parents is one of the best ways to support the well-being of kids.
What has been the best thing about running your podcast?
My podcast provides a creative outlet and allows for listeners to really come to know me on a deeper level.
My hope is to support moms in their parenting journey as a co-traveler.
Who is your perfect listener and how do you help them?
My perfect listener is a dedicated, deep-thinking mom.
My focus is to help parents discover how to love wisely and well, because this is the foundation of effective parenting.
Have you made a profit from your podcast? If not, do you plan too?

What is your favourite thing about podcasting?
I love being able to mentally craft the episodes as I move through my day as a parent.
I love that I can record episodes on my own time schedule, at home, wearing my pajamas!
