I started this podcast to help companies leverage sales psychology techniques and strategies to boost their sales team's overall performance.
What has been the best thing about running your podcast?
The best thing about running a podcast is getting to connect and help companies with their sales teams.
Who is your perfect listener and how do you help them?
Our perfect listeners are sales managers and business owners. We help managers and owners improve their sales by discussing sales techniques rooted in psychology. Topics we cover include sales hiring, sales development, behavioral interviewing, sales training, sales mentorships, sales management and selling through the use of sales psychology.
Have you made a profit from your podcast? If not, do you plan too?
While we are not making a financial profit on our podcast right now, it is very fulfilling to assist other companies in overcoming common sales hiring frustrations and helping them build better sales teams.
What is your favourite thing about podcasting?
My favorite thing about podcasting is getting to connect and help multiple companies with their sales teams while sharing information I am passionate about.
